How to Make a Return

  1. Request online — Log into My Account > Orders > Select item > “Request Return”
  2. Receive your label — A prepaid return label is generated instantly and sent to your email
  3. Pack your item — Use the original packaging when possible. Place all tags, accessories, and gifts inside the box
  4. Drop off or schedule pickup — Drop at the nearest carrier location, or schedule a pickup from your address
  5. Track your return — Use the tracking number on your label. You will receive email updates at each stage
  6. Quality check — Our team inspects the item within 1-2 business days of receipt
  7. Refund issued — Once approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Exchanges

For eligible categories (see table above), you may request a return rather than an exchange. Exchanges are processed as a new order. If you have placed an order and it has not yet shipped, you may receive a priority refund.

Do I need the original packaging? We strongly recommend using the original packaging as it is purpose-built for safe transportation. If the original box is lost or damaged, the return will not be accepted.

What if my return is rejected? The most common reasons for rejection are: item has been worn (beyond try-on), altered, tags removed, fragrance/beauty seal broken, or return window exceeded.
