How to Make a Return
- Request online — Log into My Account > Orders > Select item > “Request Return”
- Receive your label — A prepaid return label is generated instantly and sent to your email
- Pack your item — Use the original packaging when possible. Place all tags, accessories, and gifts inside the box
- Drop off or schedule pickup — Drop at the nearest carrier location, or schedule a pickup from your address
- Track your return — Use the tracking number on your label. You will receive email updates at each stage
- Quality check — Our team inspects the item within 1-2 business days of receipt
- Refund issued — Once approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Exchanges
For eligible categories (see table above), you may request a return rather than an exchange. Exchanges are processed as a new order. If you have placed an order and it has not yet shipped, you may receive a priority refund.

Do I need the original packaging? We strongly recommend using the original packaging as it is purpose-built for safe transportation. If the original box is lost or damaged, the return will not be accepted.
